Rated Rookies is a small t-shirt brand run by a buyer and manager of a boutique in France. This tee is their ironic take on the street wear scene, which I must say I agree with. Sure Jordan and the WU are some of the biggest icons of the 90’s, especially in hip-hop influenced culture, but how many times can the same themes be re-appropriated? There has to come a point when all the possible throwback Jordan colorways get exhausted and every variation on C.R.E.A.M or ODB gets a little played out. Not that I don’t rock my Wu-Wear tee with matching Jordan IV’s constantly, but I’m just looking for some fresh new shit.
