It has come to our attention that there are some serious phonies out there, lacking talent and imagination. Any person can make a clothing line, but it takes unique creative swagger to create something dope for that line. We at FRESH INDUSTRie are beyond disgusted when we find copy cats or unoriginal ideas. A good friend of Lisa Wood, Agent B, was recently ripped. Under no circumstances should one ever steal a design. Pathetically enough, the design wasn’t even tinkered with at all. Not one ounce of effort to warp it into something else. Just a simple copy and paste onto the ‘ole photoshop canvas. A carbon copy. An abomination to the word “art”. The culprit in this specific example is a brand named Sneaktip. Unfortunately, naming them gives them free publicity, but FRESH INDUSTRie in no way backs them up. Go ‘head B, get back what’s yours!! To all who are about to hit that “ALT V” it - Stop for a moment, and think about that person who put all of THEIR effort into that piece. Get some permission. This is 2009, all you have to do is shoot an email to the designer. Maybe a fruit basket if it’s Van Gogh or something, might need some buttering up. Theives are whack sauce, ya’ll. wiggity-whack. word up Agent B.
For those curious about the case..
