Kindred Clothiers is a company that prides itself on its ability to apply highly detailed prints to soft custom cut tees. The lay-out of the graphics and the color of the shirt are all chosen to enhance the concept of the print. Their tagline, “Well Respected,” is well deserved given their consideration of all the elements that make a quality overall product. The range of tees is divided into lines based on different themes such as movies, music, lumberjacks, and the maritime tradition. You can see from the examples here the visual assortment such varied inspirations can create. There really is something for everyone in their designs. The Clockwork Orange reference is probably my favorite, especially with the Dali-esque time piece for a tongue. But, most impressive is the detail in the “Fortitude, Magnitude, Longitude” shirt which makes me think of Lilliputians scavenging for artifacts of Gulliver’s species.
